Your Whole Meal is a local company creating healthy and delicious chef-prepared meals that come straight to your front door. This allows clients the freedom to focus on other aspects of their life while not losing valuable family time around the dinner table. With a degree in nutrition and a love of all things food, Founder and Owner, Morgan Kanaber, is on a mission to create healthy meals to allow families to spend time doing things that make them happy with the people they love. “Eating healthy, nutritious meals around the dinner table with your family doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice your time to the kitchen anymore,” says Kanaber.
As an entrepreneur, mom, wife and outdoor adventurer, she also understands how hard it is to find the time to provide delicious and healthy meals for herself and her family. That’s where Your Whole Meal steps in. They customize every portion and focus on specific health requirements. With fresh, healthy and delicious options to choose from, Your Whole Meal provides nutritious food to fuel the vibrant life you and your family deserve.
It Takes a Team
The average family spends 12 hours a week preparing meals. Between meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking and cleaning, time adds up. Not only is Your Whole Meal woman founded and owned, it is also 100% woman run. Your Whole Meal works with a team of five female chefs to prepare food you can feel good about feeding your family. Chef Mackensie, Chef Alexa, Chef Antranae, Chef Kate and Chef Brianna operate out of Denver, Golden, Highlands Ranch, Parker and Castle Pines to bring their clients the freshest foods.
Customizable Plans
At Your Whole Meal, each meal is customizable to meet diverse dietary restrictions within your family from gluten-free, paleo, plant-based diets and many more. Clients can start with a flat rate meal plan of $240 plus the cost of groceries, which includes five meals (as many portions as needed). When it comes to meals, you have the option to choose from dishes like seared free-range pork chops with organic stone fruit slaw or medium-rare buffalo tenderloin over top of a pomegranate and goat cheese salad. The lighter fares include roasted winter squash and bacon spinach salad or kale mango and lentil summer salad.
With their philosophy, “we cook so you don’t have to,” Kanaber has made it her team’s mission to “create nutrition-based meals that allow clients, in every walk of life, a chance to focus on growth and joy around the dinner table, rather than the stove.”
