Meet the man who is turning One River North’s innovative blueprints into a breathtaking building. K.C. Yasmer plays a crucial role in building the blocks of the Mile High City’s future by overseeing the day-to-day operations of the biophilic design spring to life. One River North in RiNo will be a 16-story residential tower with a 10-story deep plant-filled canyon that appears to crack the building open—a nod to the designers’, MAD Architects, plans to reintegrate nature into the cityscape. The tower offers 187 for-lease residences, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, with leases topping out around $15,000. The units feature floor-to-ceiling windows, open-air terraces, state-of-the-art appliances, and access to amenities like a rooftop pool, spa, and terrace; pet spa; outdoor fitness and yoga area; and 13,000 square feet of open-air environments with lush landscaping and hiking trails. As the president and cofounder of Wynne Yasmer Real Estate, Yasmer knows how to pinpoint the city’s prime locations. So, for our annual March Best Places to Live issue, he gives us his top picks.
