Mouths watered as the 296 GTB was unveiled recently at Ferrari of Denver. Its majestic innovation and sex appeal revolve around a V6 engine and hybrid technology, with an all-new, plug-in-hybrid model in Ferrari’s revered portfolio. “Whether you’re in pursuit of maximum performance or on your daily drive, the new 296 GTB V6 hybrid sports car energizes the behind-the-wheel experience and delivers pure excitement,” says Steven Wiskow, Director of Marketing & Philanthropy at Ferrari of Denver.
Interior Style and Comfort
Inside, the 296 GTB is an exercise in elegant minimalism. The dashboard features an entirely digital interface that is derived from the SF90. The GTB’s seats and various interior surfaces are covered with Italian leather that showcases the coupe’s luxurious side. The center console contains a push-button shifter inspired by the gated manual Ferrari gearboxes of old. There’s also a small compartment for storing the GTB’s ignition key on the center console, and a head-up display discreetly integrated into the top of the dash.
“The architecture of the 296 GTB mid-rear-engined berlinetta is rooted in the incomparable racing pedigree of the Prancing Horse, with a roaring V6 engine and a plug-in electric motor that assures virtually instant acceleration. The car’s short wheelbase, overall lightness, enhanced aerodynamics and advanced control functions allow for exhilarating handling on road or track,” adds Wiskow.
Ferrari Gives Back
Besides the exciting reveal, Ferrari of Denver was also honored to make a donation on behalf of their clients to help families recover from the Marshall Fire at the Boulder Fire and High Wind Disaster Relief Donation and Resource Center to benefit A Precious Child. “As a business we believe in supporting the community that supports us.”
