Grab n’ go eats, gourmet style.
The Ginger Pig

Denver’s Ginger Pig is a Michelin Bib Gourmand recipient, bringing Chinese American fare packed with flavor. The Boulder location offers a fast-casual option for those in a hurry, serving the same award-winning cooking from a walk-up window. Whether you’re perched at one of the few stools outside or taking it home to enjoy later, the to-go box delivers high-quality food without the frills. The small footprint hasn’t limited the menu’s range, though. Inside the box, you’ll find unfussy Chinese dishes with the occasional surprise in the mix: think kra pao burgers or kimcheese fries.
Restaurant Olivia

Restaurant Olivia‘s summer picnic baskets are the perfect companion for your next sunny adventure, alfresco dining and a full-course meal rolled neatly into one tidy package. Gone are the days of plastic- bag pastrami on Wonder Bread. Start with rich bison mortadella and a curated selection of local meats and cheeses, move on to an entrée of hazelnut pesto gnocchi, and finish with classic tiramisu. Also included is a jar of local jam, a nod to the restaurant’s emphasis on Colorado ingredients. Available only in summer, it’s an opportunity to dine upscale on your own terms.
Ambler

Ambler is a relative newcomer to the Denver dining scene, but one already putting a new spin on the classic tailgate. It’s the game-day classics served for easy pickup in a sturdy stadium-shaped box. Whether you’re in the mood for crispy chicken, juicy burgers, or spinach dip, choose what strikes your fancy from a rotating sampling of favorites. No matter your choice, you’ll be taking home a taste of one of Denver’s up-and-coming restaurants. With options to feed six to 12 hungry mouths, Ambler takes the stress out of hosting with high-quality food that’s ready for kickoff.
