FITNESS MEETS ADVENTURE

Axistence Athletics offers purposeful training that combines functional fitness and outdoor and technical skills to prepare adventurers for physical and mental challenges, whether in life or on the trail. Along with one-on-one fitness coaching and tailored group classes, this gym provides first aid, self-defense, orienteering and navigating classes, and mindset coaching, enabling students to enjoy the view from the top of every mountain—literal or figurative—they encounter.

WORK HARD, PLAY HARD

One of the oldest and largest private city clubs in the United States, the Denver Athletic Club has been a cornerstone of fitness, networking, and social life in Denver since 1884. This premier facility includes a sprawling fitness center, six racquetball courts, a squash center with seven courts, a full-size basketball court, five group exercise studios, an indoor golf simulator, and a 25-meter indoor swimming pool. Open 24/7, the club also features a 6,700-square-foot coworking space complete with private phone booths, meeting rooms, and relaxed seating options.

FLY INTO FITNESS

Let a new fitness routine sweep you off your feet at Aerial Cirque Over Denver, the city’s largest dedicated aerial dance and circus studio offering adult classes. Experience the thrill of flight with classes in aerial silks, dance trapeze, lyra (hoop), sling (hammock), straps, rope, cyr wheel, aerial partnering, and more. With a progressive training approach, students build foundational techniques alongside a supportive community of peers.
