
Green Banana
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ oz. Ardbeg 10-year single-malt Scotch whisky
½ oz. Suze liqueur
½ oz. Giffard Banane du Brésil
1 ½ oz. pineapple juice
½ oz. lemon juice
½ oz. pineapple gum syrup
12 oz. pebble ice
4 1-inch pineapple cubes
½ frozen banana
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and mix on high for 20 seconds. Pour into a hollowed-out pineapple half, and garnish with a banana, pineapple leaves, maraschino cherry, lemon slices, and mint sprigs.
