Beet it

Colorful beets, blanched first in boiling water and then cut either on the horizontal or in wedges, bring pops of bold red onto the platter.

All shapes welcome

Purple and bright orange cauliflower, as well as multihued baby carrots and pepper slices, add texture to the offerings.

Peas, please

We sliced sugar snap pods in half and displayed them open to show off the peas inside.

Big dippers

Mix in a few ramekins of dips for guests to indulge in. We included hummus, a pesto sauce, and a hot sauce.
