On June 16, the rolling greens of Blackstone Country Club will come alive with laughter, generosity, and the unwavering spirit of a community coming together for something far greater than the game itself.
The HopeKids Colorado Charity Golf Classic is more than just a tournament—it’s a lifeline. Every year, it raises essential funds to support a robust calendar of free, family-focused events for children battling life-threatening medical conditions, including private movie screenings for immune-compromised kids, meet-and-greets with professional athletes, and indoor rock-climbing days for all ability levels. Since 2016, HopeKids Colorado has hosted hundreds of events that offer moments of joy, a sense of normalcy, and opportunities to connect with other families on similar journeys. “Hope can be a powerful medicine,” says executive director Robbin Brown. “We want families to know they are not alone.”

The tournament plays a pivotal role in sustaining this mission, consistently selling out with 144 golfers and raising over $82,000 last year alone. Participants can expect a day filled with friendly competition, including longest-drive and closest-to-the-pin contests, along with chances to win trips to Pebble Beach and Hawaii. But beyond the game, the heart of the event lies in meeting HopeKids families and seeing the profound impact of its support firsthand.
“On tournament day, one of the most powerful things to witness is the generosity of people—it’s incredible to see the goodness in action,” says Brown.
