Deviation Distilling has concocted a local masterpiece by partnering with Copper Door Coffee Roasters, the previous next-door neighbor of the distillery’s former location on Santa Fe. Barista Spirits are whiskies infused with the cozy charm of your favorite coffee house. It’s the perfect locally made gift for any whiskey or coffee lovers in your life. Americano Whiskey pairs bourbon with Guatemalan coffee beans, delivering bold and rich flavors. Mocha Whiskey combines whiskey, Brazilian coffee beans, and artisan roasted chocolate from Cultura Chocolate for a dark and sweet experience. Aztec Whiskey is a complex blend of rye whiskey, Ethiopian coffee, vanilla, and cinnamon, offering an exotic and nuanced taste. The bartender at Deviation recommends using this to make Irish coffees or their classic Ode to Cranberry cocktail (see recipe below). These spirits epitomize the magic of collaboration, taking you on a sensory journey through rich flavors and cultural influences. Start your holiday shopping today for just $39.
