“Apple butter is just one of those things that takes you right back—slow-cooked apples, warm spices, and that balanced sweetness. Pair it with a warm flaky biscuit, or even better, use it in between layers of a cinnamon roll, like our Giant Biscuit Cinnamon Roll. It brings this rich texture and just the right amount of tang to all the layers. Basically, it’s comfort food turned up to eleven.”—Drew Shader, Atomic Cowboy founder
