Join us for five pork forward courses and expertly paired beers for one-night only! The Menu for the Evening Includes:
1st Course: Burrata, Crispy Guanciale, Polenta Cake
2nd Course: Stufato di Cinghiale e Zucca, Wild boar, Pumpkin, Root Vegetables
3rd Course: Tagliatelle Alla Castellana, Pancetta, Wild Mushrooms, Parmesan
4th Course: Pork Saltimbocca, Marsala Reduction, Wilted Garlic Kale
5th course: S’mores, Dark Chocolate Cake, Marshmallow, Graham Cracker Gelato, Bourbon Caramel
