Live Cheese Sculpting with ‘The Cheese Lady’ at Clark’s Market

Join us for a unique experience during Aspen’s Food & Wine weekend! Renowned cheese sculptor Sarah Kaufmann, known as the Cheese Lady, will be live at Clark’s Market, where she’ll transform a 500-pound wheel of Henning’s cheddar into an edible masterpiece.

This free event offers a rare chance to witness cheese carving in action. Guests can also enjoy complimentary samples of artisan, award-winning Wisconsin Cheese while watching the creative process unfold.
