Course Cocktail
Ingredients
1½oz.The Family Jones Atticus Jones Rye Whiskey
¼oz.lemon juice
¾oz.Cranberry Sage Syrup
dollop of infused sage honey on mini spoon
rooibos steep tea
smoked with dehydrated sage leaf
Cranberry Sage Syrup
3c.fresh cranberries
sugar
sage
Directions
Build in shaker. Dry shake.
Double strain into tea cup. Top with tea.
Use an electric smoker to smoke the dehydrated sage leaf and place on top.
Cranberry Sage Syrup
Roast a bushel of sage and set aside.
Add 3 c. fresh cranberries to pot and bring to boil. Double strain out skins.
Transfer water into plastic container, add sage, and let sit.
Add sugar to the cranberries and macerate down into syrup.
