½cupwater
½cuphoney
culinary grade lavendar
Directions
Add lavender to the Lēvo oil infuser power pod.
Add the power pod to the machine and fill the reservoir with honey.
Run the infusion cycle for 2 hours at 110℉.
Once the infusion cycle is complete, add the water and run the infusion cycle again for 10 minutes at 110℉.
Once your infusion is complete, dispense and store your lavender simple syrup in an airtight container, like a glass jar in the refrigerator.
Notes
If you are using fresh lavender, use your machine’s dry cycle to extend the shelf life of your infusion.
