Spicy Guava Marg

Course Cocktail, Drinks

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Casa Breck Blanco tequila
  • 3 jalapeño wheels (muddled with tequila)
  • ¾ oz. guava purée (Après recommends buying from The Perfect Puree of Napa Valley)
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • ½ oz. Aperol
  • ¼ oz. agave
  • 2 dashes bitters

Directions

  • Hard shake and strain over ice with a salted rim and dehydrated lime for garnish.

Paloma Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Casa Breck Blanco tequila
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • ¾ oz. agave
  • 4 drops saline 
  • Fever-Tree Grapefruit soda for top off 

Directions

  • Hard shake with ice, then pour into a Collins glass and top with Fever-Tree Grapefruit soda.  
  • Garnish with a salted rim and dehydrated grapefruit.
