Recognized among the top 1 percent of Denver’s highest-volume brokers, Trish Bragg and Maggie Armstrong have built one of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s most successful partnerships. Specializing in Denver’s luxury market, they represent buyers and sellers of homes in some of the city’s most sought-after neighborhoods, with an average 2024 home price of $3.4 million. Having helped nearly 400 families and closed almost $900 million in sales, their approach is both strategic and deeply personal. Their backgrounds in Fortune 500 companies, a passion for design, and a strong foundation in finance set them apart. With 98 percent of their business driven by referrals, their success speaks to their client-first mentality and cutting-edge marketing. We met with them at one of their listings to discuss Denver’s market. Here’s what they shared.
Teaming up: Trish “On a girls’ ski trip in 2005, enjoying everything beautiful about Colorado—mountains, friends, sunshine, and skiing—we decided to become business partners. We envisioned a smarter, more strategic, and integrity-driven approach to selling real estate. When we established our partnership in 2005, we didn’t realize how perfectly our personalities and distinct skill sets would complement each other. We are both matchmakers deep down, and there is nothing as magical as watching a person connect with their new home for the first time. We are always thinking about who we know that might love a home we just laid eyes on.”
Where luxury lives: Maggie “Historic neighborhoods like Country Club and Seventh Avenue attract luxury buyers, as do Cherry Creek North, Wash Park, Observatory Park, Hilltop, Bonnie Brae, Belcaro, and Polo Club. Heading south, Cherry Hills Village and Greenwood Village are uniquely desirable because of the generous lot sizes that have allowed for extraordinary homes to be built.”
New stomping grounds: Trish “Luxury real estate is defined as the top 5 percent of total market sales and can be found at every price point and in many areas. We are big fans of Congress Park for its location and well-preserved homes from the early 1900s. Hale’s tree-lined blocks and cute brick bungalows and Tudors make this neighborhood one to watch. Bonnie Brae and Observatory Park are seeing incredible growth in luxury home sales.”
Future-forward: Maggie “It will be interesting to see how AI expands further into real estate, as this industry has always valued high-touch, personalized service. At this point, we are embracing AI for marketing, analysis, and automating routine tasks that free us up to focus on our clients. Social media remains a priority too, thanks to our expert team—and our own kids, who keep us ahead of the trends.”
Community-centric: Trish “In 2010, we created the Designer Show House to benefit Children’s Hospital Colorado. Our first Show House was at 100 Vine Street, a home that noted architect Temple Buell designed for his niece in 1931. Since then, we’ve introduced four subsequent Show Houses. We’ve met the most wonderful people because of this project, including our go-to art curator, interior designers from near and far, local craftsmen, architects, amazing philanthropists, and Coloradans who care about educating themselves on design. In the process, we’ve proudly raised $350,000 for the hospital.” DLM
