The L’s Port Light

Port Light

INGREDIENTS:
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
1/4 oz. grenadine syrup
1/2 oz. passion fruit syrup
3/4 oz. lemon juice
3/4 oz. overproof bourbon (Old Forester 100 Proof)
3/4 oz. overproof rye (Rittenhouse Rye)
1/2 oz. Lustau East India Solera sherry
1 mint plouche to garnish
1 orange peel curled into a flower to garnish

DIRECTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker, combine the bitters, grenadine, passionfruit, lemon juice, rye and bourbon. Quickly shake it over 2 to 3 ice cubes. Pour cocktail into a fun tiki cup or tall glass over crushed ice. Pour cream sherry over the top of the ice and cocktail. Garnish with mint, orange peel flower, drink umbrella, and crazy straw.
