What started as a creative outlet between two Denver neighbors has blossomed into a nationally stocked brand reimagining how we garnish our plates and cocktails. Flouwer Co., founded by Kristen Kapoor and Theresa Halliburton, is rooted in a shared love of entertaining, culinary craft, and edible flowers. Their signature line of floral-infused crackers, cocktail cubes, finishing sugars, and garnishing salts brings beauty and botanical flair to the table—literally.
“Every product begins with a single flower—it’s always the starting point, our muse,” says Kapoor. “From there, we ask ourselves: should it lean sweet, savory, or something in between?” Inspired by the duo’s belief that food should be both beautiful and delicious, the products are designed to elevate even the simplest gathering. Flouwer Co.’s floral finishing salts and cocktail cubes are now found in boutique shops across the country—and since opening their first brick-and-mortar in Denver in 2022, they’ve also created a community hub for those curious about edible botanicals.

While they’ve expanded sourcing beyond their own gardens, the brand’s commitment to seasonality and sustainability remains strong. “Some flowers don’t hold their shape or color well once dried, so visual appeal plays a big role,” Kapoor explains. “We’re always adjusting to reflect what’s in bloom.”
Up next? Two new cracker flavors, plus a never-before-seen sweet addition to their lineup. And someday soon, perhaps a return to their roots. “Theresa dreams of finding a bigger plot of land to grow more of our own edible flowers again,” says Kapoor. “It’s a big undertaking, but if anyone can do it, it’s her.”
From garden to gathering, Flouwer Co. is proof that edible flowers aren’t just a trend—they’re a lifestyle.
