Preorders launch today for the Valentine’s Day collaboration between Uchi (and sibling restaurants Uchiko and Uchibā) and Cookie Rich, the culinary-inspired sweets company founded by Chef Lorin Peters. Each sushi box includes a carefully curated selection of Uchi’s signature sushi and sashimi, designed to delight your taste buds and impress your Valentine.
*As a special treat, each order comes with a four-pack of cookies featuring Cookie Rich’s limited-edition flavors:
-Fried Milk Cookie: A rich dark chocolate cookie with mini chocolate chips, layered with cornflake buttercream and a drizzle of salted caramel.
-Coffee Cake + Espresso Cookie: A soft white sugar cookie infused with cinnamon chips and espresso buttercream for the perfect balance of spice and sweetness.
*Choose from three luxurious sushi box tiers:
-Ichi ($95): A perfect introduction to Uchi’s signature flavors.

How to order
Head to either Uchi https://uchi.uchirestaurants.com, Uchibā https://uchiba.uchirestaurants.com or Uchiko https://uchiko.uchirestaurants.com then select “Takeout” from the menu, choose your location and select sushi boxes and select your date for pick up (February 14th, 15th or 16th).
