An Innovative Port Cocktail

Fall is the perfect season for the luxurious, warming flavor of port wine—especially mixed into a cocktail like this one from Citizen Rail.

1¼ oz. Bunnahabhain 12 Year Single Malt Scotch
¼ oz. Quinta do Infantado Tawny Port
½ oz. Fig-infused Lustau Oloroso Sherry
½ oz. crème de cacao
2 dashes orange bitters

Stir all ingredients and strain into a Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with a lemon peel, expressed and discarded.
