From morning coffee to evening cocktails, East & Co. is quickly becoming a new gathering place in Boulder’s Flatiron Park. The all-day concept brings food, drinks, and thoughtfully designed spaces under one roof, with plenty of reasons to stick around. Most of us have two places we frequent regularly: home and work. East & Co. was designed to be the third, a place to settle in somewhere between the two.
Josh Dinar, founder of Working Title Food Group and co-owner of East & Co., recommends starting with the “secret” breakfast burrito, returning for an East & Co. burger at lunch, and ending the day with a spicy matcha margarita. “Honestly, the best recommendation is to come for one part of the day and stay for another,” Josh says.
Unlike a traditional food hall, East & Co. is designed to shift with the day. Settle into a chair by the fireplace, hold a meeting in the conference room, grab a seat at the bar, or play a round of pool in the game room. There’s also a full-service, all-day restaurant at the center of it all. Local partnerships are part of the equation, too. East & Co. works with Boulder businesses and organizations including OZO Coffee Roasters, Black Box Bakery, and the Boulder Farmers Market. “They’re the heart of the place,” Josh says.

Those partnerships stock the café with coffee, the kitchen with produce, the bar with local brews, and the market with ingredients to take home. They also give East & Co. a distinctly Boulder identity.
Since opening in May, the larger Boulder community has found its way to East & Co. through a growing calendar of events. Mornings might bring Pilates on the lawn, while evenings shift to cocktails and crafts. “Boulder is a town that genuinely values connection, and East Boulder was missing a spot built for exactly that,” Josh says.
The flexible space also hosts private events for groups ranging from 12 to 200 people. Josh particularly recommends it for company gatherings, where the transition from working to celebrating can happen without changing locations.
Whether it’s starting the workday with an OZO latte in the lounge or sipping Sauvignon Blanc with friends during happy hour on the terrace, East & Co. makes a pretty convincing case for staying awhile.
