Just steps away from the buzz of Main Street, Hotel Longmont greets guests with an immediate sense of effortless Western charm. Stepping into the lobby feels less like entering a traditional hotel and more like discovering a curated local sanctuary. Inside, the lounge captures the unhurried spirit of the Front Range. Designed like a cozy neighborhood haunt, it surrounds guests with rows of literature, handcrafted local accents, and the inviting warmth of an all-day coffee bar.
Longmont itself has a long history as a city of makers and independent thinkers, a spirit that guided every architectural and interior design choice. “We wanted the building itself, a five-story structure positioned to catch the Front Range views, to feel like it belonged to this town specifically, not like it could be dropped into any downtown in the country,” explains Joe Thrash, partner at Thrash Group.

That authentic warmth carries directly into the 84 guest rooms. The accommodations balance modern technology with classic Western hospitality, featuring thoughtful details like plush, high-quality towels (my favorite) that elevate the daily routine into a quiet luxury. Whether stopping in for a weekend getaway or a sunset cocktail on the roof, the property captures the authentic rhythm of the Front Range.

“Honestly, we wanted it to feel unpretentious,” says general manager Hayley Jo Hunt. “I wanted someone walking in for the first time, whether they live three blocks away or flew in from somewhere else entirely, to sense pretty quickly that this place is genuinely tied to the community around it.”
As guests check out and head down Main Street, they carry with them more than a stay at a boutique hotel. They leave with a genuine piece of Longmont.
Eat + Drink

Longmont Supply, the hotel’s rooftop restaurant and bar, serves as both a traveler retreat and a vibrant gathering spot for locals. The menu speaks for itself: tender, slow-braised lamb pappardelle ribbons tossed in a deeply savory ragù that warms from the inside out. For a sweet finish, the vintage-inspired chocolate grasshopper cocktail delivers a silky, decadent blend of rich cocoa and crisp peppermint that tastes like high-class indulgence in a glass. For breakfast, check out Moe’s Broadway Bagel; some of the best East Coast imports there are to be had in the Rockies. And for a midnight craving—Winchell’s Donuts will be your new best friend.
