Millers and Rossi, a RiNo cocktail bar, turns veggie-forward into vodka-worthy with this savory, herb-laced drink.

A Much Needed Detox Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Icelyn Vodka
- 1½ oz. veggie Juice ((recipe below))
- ¾ oz. celery seed syrup ((recipe below))
- ¾ oz. lime juice
- ¼ oz. grapefruit juice
- 6 Drops saline
Veggie Juice (enough for one drink)
- 1 oz. celery
- ¼ oz. cucumber
- ¼ oz. green bell pepper
- 1 jalapeno
- 10-12 cilantro leaves
Celery Seed Syrup (enough for a crowd)
- 1½ c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- ⅛ tsp. celery seed
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well, then strain the mixture into a Collins glass over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with a leafy celery stalk and a pinch of celery seed.
Veggie Juice
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Celery Seed Syrup
- Mix sugar with water in a small saucepan.
- Add celery seed.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
