Silver Plume’s Bread Bar serves up a story in a glass with this signature cocktail inspired by a mining town legend.

The Clifford Griffin Cocktail from Bread Bar
Ingredients
- 2 oz. rye whiskey
- ½ oz. amaro (Bread Bar uses Peach Street amaro)
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- 1 oz. red blend wine
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except wine in cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
