Denver Restaurant Week at the FIRE Restaurant at The ART Hotel Denver

This architectural glass wonder is elevated, on the fourth floor of the ART Hotel featuring masterful art in every corner and artful food too. Just outside the restaurant, FIRE Terrace offers cozy fire pits for guests to embrace beautiful views of downtown Denver below. Chef’s have brought this year’s Denver Restaurant Week menu a whole new flair. Available March 7 – March 16, FIRE’s three-course menu will consist of contemporary American flare for $45 per person with an extensive cocktail list. Please find a highlight of the menu below:

- East and West Coast Oyster Fresno Mignonette: Shaved Horseradish, Lemon
- Gazpacho Flight: Smokey Tomato Basil, Watermelon Mint, Cucumber Serrano
- Smoked Cheese Tasting: House Smoked Gouda, Leek Ash Whipped Feta, Moody Blue
- Second course:
- Ocean View Fish Tacos:Caper Slaw: Fire Aioli, Lemon Zest
- Dry Aged French Dip: Creamy Horseradish, Rosemary Au Jus, Swiss
- Chicken Ballontine: English Peas, Heirloom Carrots, Fire Roasted Corn, Sage Demi

- Cinnamon Panna Cotta: Local Honey, Brown Sugar Brittle, Micro Mint
