Sweet-Talking Mullet
This low-ABV cocktail is fresh, juicy, and ripe for day drinking.

winter melon juice

Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto Liqueur
½
oz.
Mathilde Pear Liqueur

dashes
lemon bitters

(Find winter melon at an Asian grocery store.)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a yarai (or favorite mixing glass) with ice.
Stir for 20-30 counts.
Strain over large ice cube in rocks glass or stir the cocktail directly in the glass with ice.
Garnish with a winter melon skin flower stamp or a flower of your choice.

Section into smaller pieces, skin, remove seeds, cube, juice, and double strain through a mesh sleeve.

After juicing winter melon, save the skins.
Scrub the skin to remove the waxy coating.
Use mini cookie cutters in the shape of flowers to stamp out garnishes.
