Rita Likes Whiskey

A bright citrus cocktail with a whiskey base.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz. Stranahan’s Diamond Peak Extra Añejo Tequila Cask
  • ½ oz. Stranahan’s Blue Peak Single Malt Whiskey
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • ¾ oz. Orange Curaçao
  • ½ oz. honey syrup
  • ¼ oz. egg white
  • lime zest (for garnish)

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake without ice to emulsify the egg white.
  • Then add ice and shake again, then double-strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
  • Garnish with lime zest.
