Ingredients
2tsp.loose leaf jasmine green tea
1lime
4sprigs of mint
4fresh lychees(Find lychees at Asian markets around Denver)
¼cuplychee juice
sugar(to taste)
Directions
Using 16 oz. of filtered water, brew the tea between 170 and 180 degrees for 3 to 5 minutes.
In a shaker, muddle the mint, squeeze half a lime, add the lychee juice and sugar to taste. Add ice and pour the cooled tea into the shaker. Mix it all together.
Peel and dice the lychees and place into a glass. Pour the tea mixture over the lychee to fill glass. Garnish with a slice of lime. For extra tang, zest the lime before slicing it. Enjoy!
