Directions
Earl Grey Lavender Latte
To make the latte, combine 1 oz. of Earl Grey lavender syrup with 1 espresso shot and 8–10 oz. of steamed milk.
Earl Grey Lavender Syrup
Bring water to a gentle simmer and add lavender.
Steep for 5–8 minutes.
Strain out lavender, then add Earl Grey tea to the hot liquid and steep until fragrant but not bitter (about 5 minutes).
Strain again, return liquid to the pan, and stir in sugar.
Warm until sugar is fully dissolved.
Cool completely and store refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
