Stunning pink vodka based cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Absolut Vodka
- ½ oz. Aperol
- ¾ oz. orange wine-raspberry syrup
- ½ oz. lemon juice (fresh)
- 2 dashes Bigallet Thym Liqueur
- 1 oz. sparkling Dolin Blanc Vermouth
- raspberries and mint (for garnish)
Directions
- Shake and fine-strain over sparkling vermouth in a Collins glass with Hoshizaki ice.
- Garnish with raspberries and mint.
