Where an array of rigid red rocks jutting from the earth offer a hint of the terrain to the west, luscious green fairways and luxurious homes have taken root blurring the lines between harsh and heavenly. It is here, on the southwest fringes of Denver, where interior designer Barbara Payne, architect Jerry Gloss and builder Tom Sattler blurred the lines between extravagant and intimate.
